Through storytelling, reflection, creativity, and community, participants will identify the values that guide them, reimagine the story they're living, and leave with greater clarity, intention, and confidence about the next chapter they want to create.
Being the main character of your own life doesn't mean believing you're the only character that matters.
It means recognizing that your needs, desires, joy, and humanity matter too. Because when we're disconnected from ourselves, constantly performing, people-pleasing, or shrinking to fit others' expectations, we can't fully show up for our communities, relationships, or causes.
Becoming the main character of your own life is not about becoming more selfish. It's about becoming more whole, more authentic, and more connected, to yourself and to others.
