Integrative Hypnosis & Un-shaming
Rewire your mind. Regulate your nervous system. Remember who you are.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness — similar to the feeling of becoming deeply immersed in a book, movie, daydream, or even driving on autopilot and suddenly realizing you’ve arrived at your destination.
Despite what movies and stage hypnosis may portray, hypnosis is not about losing control or being unconscious. You remain aware, present, and able to make choices the entire time. In fact, many people describe hypnosis as feeling deeply relaxed while also feeling more focused and connected to themselves.
In this relaxed state, the mind becomes more open to new perspectives, patterns, and possibilities. This can help support lasting change by working with the subconscious mind — where many habits, emotional responses, beliefs, and automatic behaviors are stored.
My approach to hypnosis is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in nervous system safety. You cannot be made to do anything against your values or will. You are always in control.
Hypnosis is simply a tool that helps quiet external noise so you can better access your inner resources, awareness, and capacity for change.
